摘要
对变电站混凝土立柱进行了外观检查和无损检测,测定了抗压强度,并对混凝土的碳化、冻融和钢筋腐蚀进行了原因分析,指出混凝土剥落是由混凝土碳化和冻融共同作用产生,钢筋锈蚀促进了混凝土保护层的脱落,并提出了建议。
Through the microsoopie examination and nondestructive test (NDT), the concrete strength of a substation concrete pile was determined. The carbonization and the freeze-thaw of the concrete and the corrosion of steel bars were analyzed. It was pointed out that the concrete spalling damage was caused by the cooperation of the concrete carbonization and freeze-thaw and the corrosion of steel bars accelerated the concrete flaking away. Suggestions were given in the end.
