摘要
农村信息化发展对于辽宁现代农业发展和新农村建设具有十分重要的意义。系统分析了近年来辽宁农村信息化发展的现状及取得的主要成效,并结合今后一个时期内辽宁农村信息化发展工作计划,提出具有一定针对性的措施与建议。
The development of informationization in rural areas is very important to the Liaoning modern agriculture and the new rural construction. This article deals with the systematic analysis of the actuality and the effectiveness of the development of informationization in Liaoning in recent years. Measures and proposals are put forward in this respect in consideration of the development program of informationization in rural areas for Liaoning province for a period of time in the future.
