摘要
介绍发展加工型马铃薯生产的目的及意义,针对我国国内可用的加工型马铃薯品种缺少以及配套栽培技术不完善的情况,提出适于加工的马铃薯品种及其生产基地的筛选原则和方法,并通过对比试验得到筛选结果,为提高马铃薯的种植效益和促进马铃薯加工业的发展提供了依据。
This article deals with the purpose and significance of strengthening the production of processible potatoes. In consideration of the lack of processible potato varieties in China and insufficient cultivation technology, the author has identified the potato varieties that are suitable for process and made clear about the principle and methods for selecting production bases. The screening result was obtained through contrast tests which provides evidence for improving potato-planting benefits and enhancing the growth of potato processing industry.
