桑枝化机浆不同预处理条件对漂白性能影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文重点对桑枝化学机械浆的化学预处理条件对后续过氧化氢漂白的影响进行了探讨。桑枝制浆时的化学预处理条件明显影响浆料后续的漂白性能,化学预处理用碱量的多少影响过氧化氢漂白最佳用碱量。化学预处理过程中添加少量H2O2可以提高浆料的原始白度,改善后续漂白效果。在桑枝制浆、漂白过程中添加的总用碱量接近,则漂后浆料强度性能接近。 The bleachability of Mulberry chemimechanical pulps with hydrogen peroxide was affected obviously by the chemical conditions in the pretreatment stage of pulping. The sodium hydroxide dosage used in the chemical pretreatment showed positive influences on the strength properties of the unbleached CMPs, and negative ones on their initial brightness and sheet bulk. It was important to control sodium hydroxide dosage in hydrogen peroxide bleaching. There was a suitable sodium hydroxide dosage at which an optimum brightness was obtained. The suitable sodium hydroxide dosage of each hydrogen peroxide level was effected by the pre-chemitreatment conditon greatly. A higher intial brightness and better bleachability of CMP could be obtained with the addition of small amount of H2O2 during pretreatment. When the total sodium hydroxide dosages used in the pretreatment stage and the bleach stage were equal, the strength properties of the pulp were similar .
