摘要
本系统以AT89C51为核心,由键盘、LCD1602显示、电源控制模块等组成,根据数字系统测试与可测性的原理以及集成芯片的真值表推导出测试程序,能完成对TTL74,54系列和CMOS4000,4500系列数字集成芯片的功能测试。
This system uses the single chip microcomputer in AT89CSlseries as a control core, and it is made up of the functional modules, such as keyboard, LCD1602 display, power control module, and so on. The test producer is derived from the principle of testing and testability for digital systems, and the true table of a integration chip （IC）. The function tests of transistor-transistor logic in 74, 54 series and IC of complementary metal oxide semiconductor in 4000, 4500 series can be achieved using this test instrument.
