摘要
目的:观察血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症并发症的临床疗效。方法:将20例有尿毒症并发症的患者行血液灌流串联血液透析,观察治疗前后临床症状体征变化。结果:血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症并发症临床症状明显改善。结论:血液灌流是一种安全有效的方法,配合血液透析使用可以改善并发症症状,提高患者生存质量,延长患者生命。
Objective： To observe the united hemodialysis hemoperfusion in treatment of uremic complications in clinical efficacy. Methods： 20 cases of complications in patients with uremia had bemoperfusion hemodialysis tandem; observation of clinical signs and symptoms before and after treatment change. Results： United hemodialysis hemoperfusion in treatment of uremic complications of clinical symptoms significantly improved. Conclusion： The blood perfusion is a safe and effective methods, to cater for hemodialysis can improve the complications of the use of symptoms, improve quality of life of patients and prolong the lives of patients.
