设备管理是技术管理,也是资源管理,节能降耗任重道远。重视新购设备的设计、选型和制造;应用新技术、新工艺和新材料,做好设备技术改造,及时淘汰落后的高耗能设备;充分发挥员工的聪明才智,积极开展小改小革和修旧利废工作;注重设备备件管理与使用,提高备件利用率:严把设备大修、维修质量关;加强落实设备点检制度,开展设备预防性维护工作。这些都是企业降低成本求得发展的重要组成部分。
Equipment management is a technology management as well as resource management and saving energy is a long way to go. Companies are seeking low-cost, an important components of development, which are to attention to the design, selection and manufacturing for newly purchased equipment, to apply new technologies, new processes and new materials, to do a good job in technical improvement on equipment, to eliminate in time the high energy-consuming equipment that has become obsolete, to give full play to the intelligence staff, to actively carry out simple reform and repairing rather than replacing old facilities, to focus on management and use of spare parts, to increase the utilization of spare parts, to comtrol strictly the quality equipment overhaul and maintenance, to strengthen the implementation of inspection system of equipment, to carry out preventive maintenance of quipment.
