摘要
加强和改进大学生心理健康教育工作是大学生思想政治教育工作的重要任务。高校辅导员作为"学生健康成长的指导者和引路人",应分析研究大学生心理健康问题,探讨对策,加强和改进大学生心理健康教育工作。
Strengthening and improving educational work for students＇ mental health is an important task of college students＇ ideology education. As an instructor in college students＇ growing up healthy, a college instructor should analyze the problem of college students＇ mental health and inquire into the countermeasures to strengthen and improve educational work for college students＇ mental health.
