摘要
对家兔在正常状态下和用四种麻醉剂麻醉后的心电图进行测量、分析、对比,结果表明,注射846后,心率减慢,出现明显的心率不齐,且S-T段下移,P波出现锯齿型"F"波;注射静松灵对心电图的影响最大,心率明显减慢,出现锯齿型"F"波和"冠状T波,"T波电压升高到0.118-0.231mV,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联的Q波消失;注射水合氯醛后,心率加快,心电图中S-T段消失,T-P段上升,部分家兔出现角弓反张、呼吸困难,其安全性差。氯胺酮对家兔心电图的影响最小,心率和各个波型没有明显的改变,可用于心电图测定中的麻醉保定。
The domestic rabbits were anesthetized by four kinds of anaesthetic, then the authors recorded the cardiogram and contrasted it with normal rabbits cardiogram. The result showed that, after 846 were injected, the heart rates of the rabbits decelerated, the S - T section moved down and the P wave was replaced by ＂F＂ figure. The side effect of Jingsongling was the most serious, it made the ＂F＂ figure appear and the T wave became high and sharp, the pressure of the T wave went up and came to 0.118 - 0.231 mV, the Q wave in the lead of Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and aVF disappeared. After the Chloral hydrate was injected, the S - T section disappeared and the T - P section rose. Some of the rabbits＇ respiration became difficult and appeared opisthotonos, so it was not safe. The side effect of ketamine was little, after it was injected, the heart rate and all the waves changed, so ketamine can be used to anaesthesia when the animal cardiogram was recorded.
