摘要 益生元和膳食纤维都是行业品类中的通用名称,具体到产品则包含有许多种。目前,国际上认可较多的益生元有低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、大豆多糖或低聚糖、乳果糖等:认可较多的膳食纤维有菊粉、聚葡萄糖、抗性淀粉等。益生元和膳食纤维是当前食品行业热宠的对象。如近年来我国开展的“国家公众营养改善项目”,
