摘要
随着数字资源的发展给传统的图书馆期刊阅览室的工作与服务带来新的挑战,使图书馆期刊阅览室的功能向数字化服务演变。使期刊服务向信息服务演化、读者服务向学科服务演化、文献服务向资源共享演化,对工作人员的素质也提出新的要求。
With the development of the number of resources,the work and services of traditional library periodicals reading room face new challenges.The functions of library s periodicals reading room change to the digital services：from journal services to information services,from readers services to Discipline services,from documentation services resource sharing.The changes put forward new demands to the quality of staff members of library.
