引导式教育对孤独症患儿的疗效 被引量:6

Therapeutic Effect of Conductive Education on Children with Autism

摘要 目的探讨引导式教育疗法对不同年龄组孤独症患儿的疗效。方法孤独症儿童70例。按照年龄分为2~4岁、>4~6岁、>6~12岁3组,再随机按1∶1分为引导式教育组和非引导式教育组(采用传统应用行为分析方法),每周训练5d,进行为期6个月的教育训练。应用孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)分别于训练前、训练后对引导式教育组和非引导式教育组儿童进行总分差值、语言项、社交项、感知觉项和行为项分值等进行评估。采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果训练6个月后,在引导式教育和非引导式教育组,2~4岁年龄组语言项、感知觉项差值有显著性差异(P<0.05);2~4岁和>4~6岁年龄组总分差值有显著性差异(P<0.05);>6~12岁年龄组在社交项差值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在引导式教育组,3个年龄组儿童训练3个月和训练6个月后,总分差值均有显著性差异(Pa<0.05);2~4岁儿童语言功能的改善存在显著性差异(Pa<0.05),2~4岁儿童总分差值降低最明显,同等年龄段治疗时间越长总分差值降低越明显。结论应用引导式教育疗法治疗低年龄段儿童孤独症疗效显著。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of conductive education on children with autism at defferent age stage. Methods Seventy autistic children were divided into 3 groups :2 - 4 years old, 〉 4 - 6 years old, 〉 6 - 12 years old. At the same time, they were randomly assigned by 1 : 1 proportion to receive conductive education(CE) training group and un -CE training group to train 5 days weekly for 6 months. Efficacy were rated by using autism treatment evaluation checklist( ATEC), including total scores decrease, language, social intercourse,sensory cognitive awarenes and behavior scores,at before and behind training. SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results In training 6 months later,in CE training group and un -CE training group,language and sensory cognitive awareness scores decrease of ATEC have statistical significancein for 2 -4 years (P 〈 0.05 ), total scores decrease of ATEC have statistical signifieaneein for 2 -4 years and 〉 4 - 6 years ( P 〈 0.05 ). At CE training group,3 age groups of children training for 3 months and 6 months, total scores were significantly different( Pa 〈 0.05 ) ; the improvement of language function for 2 - 4 years was significant difference ( Pa 〈 0.05 ). The total scores reduced strikingly in 2 - 4 years. The total scores reduced obviously along with prolonging time of treating at the same age layer. Conclusion Therapeutic effciacy is better when children with autism are treated by using CE at early stage.
