摘要
以某厂钢坯翻转系统为例,建立电液比例阀动态方程及其控制框图,提出基于模糊神经网络的电液比例系统同步控制策略,构建基于模糊神经网络的同步控制器,详细叙述了模糊神经网络的基本结构和运算法则。结果表明,该控制方法具有控制精度高、动态跟踪性能好以及鲁棒性强等特点,能很好地满足实际工作要求。
Taking a billet overturning system as an example, this paper presents the dynamic equation and control block diagram of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve. It gives a synchronous control method for electro-hydraulic proportional system based on fuzzy neural network (FNN) and has designed the FNN synchronous controller. It has described in detail the basic structure and modeling algorithms of FNN. Simulation, experiments and practical applications show that the FNN control strategy has high control accuracy and good dynamic tracking performance and robustness that can well meet the working requirements.
