摘要
本文从我国能源需求趋势、资源状况、供应能力等综合分析,说明资源约束将是我国走向现代化、实现社会经济持续发展的瓶颈。因此,无论在能源供需紧张时期,还是能源供需宽松时期,都必须增强能源可供资源的忧患意识,长期坚持实施节能优先的基本原则。
It shows that the restriction of resource is the bottle-neck to realize the modern society and sustainable development in China, by the synthesis analyses including the energy consumption trend, energy resource and energy production. Thus whether the energy demand and supply situation is good or not, we should step up the hardship consciousness of energy resource available, and insist on energy conservation forever.
