摘要
目的评价卡托普利联合5-单硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效和安全性。方法选取2004年以来在我院治疗的慢性心功能不全患者58例,随机分成两组,治疗组32例,在常规治疗的基础上加用卡托普利和5-单硝酸异山梨醇酯;对照组26例,只在常规治疗的基础上加用卡托普利;观察两组在给药8周的疗效及安全性。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为73.1%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05,两组均未见严重不良反应。结论卡托普利联合5-单硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗慢性心功能不全疗效满意、安全,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of captopril United 5-Isosorbide Mononitrate the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency of the efficacy and safety. Methods since 2004 at my hospital for medical treatment in patients with chronic heart failure 58 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 32 cases, at the basis of conventional therapy with captopril and add 5-Isosorbide Mononitrate; control group 26 cases, only in the conventional therapy plus captopril; administration of the two groups were observed at 8 weeks of the efficacy and safety. Results The treatment group the total effective rate was 87.5%; control group was 73.1%; efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group, P〈0.05, two groups were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Captopril United 5-Isosorbide Mononitrate the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency satisfaction efficacy, safety, have very good results.
