摘要
本文介绍了以SiemensS7-200 PLC组成金刚石小锯片连续烧结炉的温度控制系统,该系统采用CPU226主机、热电偶模块EM231和模拟量输出模块EM232和晶闸管电压调整器TG-G3A实现了温度的PID控制方式。试验表明,系统自动化程度高,控温精确,温差小,热稳定性好,温度跟踪误差在±3℃范围内,具有良好的市场前景和推广应用价值。
This paper introduced a control system based on Siemens S7 -200 PLC for sintering furnace of small diameter diamond saw blade . This control system realized PID control of temperature by using CPU226 mainframe, thermocouple Module EM231, analog output module EM232 and thyristor voltage regulator TG-G3A. Experiment results show that this system has such performances as highly automated ,precise tempera- ture controlling, small temperature difference and good thermal stability. The tracking error of temperature is within ± 3 ℃. It has a promising market prospect and wide application value.
