摘要
从房地产需求的相关理论出发,以房地产价格、人均可支配收入、国内生产总值和城市化等为着手点对影响房地产需求的因素进行分析。同时运用近l7年房地产的相关数据建立多元线性回归模型,进一步从实证角度分析各因素对需求量的影响程度。
The demand from real estate - related theory to real estate prices, per capita disposable income, GDP and urbanization, such as start point of the factors that influence the demand for real estate analysis. At the same time, the use of real estate near 17 - year data set up multiple linear regression model, further empirical analysis of the factors affecting the demand.
