摘要
剥夺政治权利是资格刑的一种。文章从剥夺政治权利在我国刑罚体系中的地位、内容、适用范围、期限等方面进行分析,找出存在的问题,提出立法建议,以期对剥夺政治权利的完善有所裨益。
Disfranchisement of political rights is a kind of qualification penalty. With analysis on the status, content,applicative scope, and term of disfranchisement of political rights in Chinese law system,problems are discussed with suggestions to improve the system.
