摘要
目的观察视觉功能训练在弱视患儿Ⅲ级视功能重建中的作用。方法分为对照组(传统治疗)和训练组(传统治疗+视觉功能训练),应用“增视能”视觉检查系统检查Ⅰ级同时视功能和Ⅱ级融合功能,采用颜少明编绘的《立体视觉检查图》进行Ⅲ级立体视检查。记录治疗前、治疗后3、6个月同时视功能、融合功能、立体视功能。结果治疗后6月两组间Ⅲ级视功能之间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),训练组Ⅲ级视功能重建明显优于对照组。结论弱视导致儿童Ⅲ级视功能发育障碍,传统的弱视治疗手段对双眼Ⅲ级视觉功能重建没有明显帮助,视觉功能训练能重建Ⅲ级视功能。
Objective To investigate the role of vision functional training to rebuild the three grades function of vision in amblyopic children. Retrospective comparative clinical analysis. Methods The children of 84 with amblyopia from Sichuan Provincial Corps Hospitial CAPF were divided into 2 groups according to the different treatment methods. The children in control group were given traditional treatment. The children in T-group were given both traditional treatment and vihion functional training. To inspect the first grade simultaneous perception function and the second fusion function with visual inspection system-"ZengShiNeng". To inspect the third grade stereoacuity function with Yan's stereogram.Record data and statistics analysis was performed. Main index included amplyopia, simultaneous perception, fusion, stereoacuity. Results The differ- ences of the three grades function of vision in the 2 groups were statistical significance 6 months after treatment (P〈0.05). The rebuilding of vision in T-group is better than control group. Conehtsions Arnblyopia affects the formation of the three grades function of vision. It is not helpful to rebuild function of vision with traditional treatment methods, however the vision functional training can.
