摘要
用破碎、酶解、盐析三步法提纯苏尼特羊骨胳肌I型胶原蛋白,并用SDS-PAGE电泳鉴定了I型胶原蛋白,建立了一种有效、简便的肌肉I型胶原蛋白的提取、纯化及鉴定的方法。结果发现该法提取的I型胶原蛋白,其纯度达到了SDS-PAGE纯的水平。因此,为肌肉胶原蛋白以及肌肉嫩度的研究提供了有价值的方法。
In order to establish a simple and effective method to extract, purify and detect type Ⅰ collagen from skeletal muscle. Type Ⅰ collagen in Sunit mutton skeletal muscle was extracted three steps crushing, acidolysing and salting out. Results showed that the obtained collagen was proved to have high electrophoretic purity, therefore, The method provides a valuable means for studying collagen and tenderness of muscle.
