摘要
以河北省民营企业为对象,实证研究了民营企业资本结构与企业绩效之间的关系。研究表明,民营企业负债与企业绩效正相关,理论上存在一个合理的负债区间,使企业绩效最大化。然而,现阶段民营企业的负债却处于较低的水平,应通过创新和扩大外源融资途径,进一步提高企业绩效。
This paper studies the relationship between capital structure and corporate performance of private enterprises. The results reveal that liability and corporate performance of private enterprises are positively correlated. Theoretically, a reasonable amount of liability contributes to achieving maximum corporate performance. However, the liability level of private enterprises is low nowadays, so we should innovate and develop more external financing methods to improve corporate performance.
