摘要
对我国高等学校实验室管理制度的变迁历程进行了分析，总结了实验室管理制度变迁的特点，讨论了实验室管理模式制度变迁存在的阻力并提出对策。
After deeply analyzing the course of institutional change of the laboratory management in colleges and universities, the characteristics of institutional change of the laboratory management are summarized, and the resistance to change the mode of laboratory management is discussed. Then the countermeasures are put forward to improve it.
