薄角膜瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正

摘要 目的探讨应用薄角膜瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正的疗效。方法应用薄角膜瓣的LASIK技术治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正35例(35眼)。结果术后随访期间,全部角膜植片保持透明;术后6个月最佳矫正视力高于或等于术前者34眼,占97.14%;而最佳矫正视力下降1行的1眼,占2.86%;未观察到术后最佳矫正视力较术前下降2行以上的病例。结论应用薄角膜瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正是安全有效的方法,可为解决角膜移植术后高度屈光不正问题带来希望。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) with thin cornea flap for treatment of keratoplasty ametropia. Methods Application of thin corneal flap exeimer laser in situ keratomileusis treatment for patients of corneal transplantation with postoperative ametropia. Totally 35 patients (35 eyes ). Results During follow-up, all corneal graft kept transparent; Postoperative best corrected visual acuity was better than or equal to the preoperative one in 34 eyes (97.14%), and a decline in the best corrected visual acuity in one eye(2.86% ) ; no observation in the best corrected visual acuity after preoperative decline 2 lines. Conclusion Thin corneal flap excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for ametropia after refractive keratoplasty is a safe and effective method for solving highly refractive keratoplasty problem.
