胰岛素泵联合二甲双胍强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用胰岛素泵联合二甲双胍强化治疗2型糖尿病以评价其临床疗效。方法将45例2型糖尿病患者随机分为胰岛素泵联合二甲双胍治疗组25例,单纯胰岛素泵治疗组20例,连续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质量、空腹胰岛素、C肽(C-P)、胰岛素用量及血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率等。结果胰岛素泵联合二甲双胍强化治疗组血糖达标时间更短,胰岛素用量更少,低血糖发生率低,体质量增加不明显。结论胰岛素泵联合二甲双胍强化治疗2型糖尿病其综合效果优于单纯使用胰岛素泵治疗。 Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSⅡ) combined with metformin on type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 45 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) were divided into 2 groups randomly:CSⅡ combined with metformin(n=25);simple CSⅡ(n=20).The levels of blood glucose,HbA1c,therapeutic time,amount of insulin,Fins,C-P and body weight were compared among them before and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,compared with simple CSⅡ group the CSⅡ combined with metformin group had lower levels of therapeutic time,insulin amount and body weight. Conclusion CSⅡ combined with metformin can improve the blood glucose and insulin resistance obviously.
