摘要
目的:探讨喉癌的CT表现及其临床价值。方法:回顾性分析42例经手术、病理证实的喉癌患者的CT表现。结果:42例中CT清晰显示病变形态呈结节状15例,不规则形18例,菜花状8例,巨块形1例;病变部位在声门25例,声门上部12例,声门下部4例,贯声门1例。结论:CT扫描可清晰显示肿块的形态位置、侵犯范围以及颈部淋巴结的转移,它能为喉癌的诊断与治疗提供重要信息。
Objective： To study the diagnostic value of CT for laryngeal cancer. Methods： CT findings of 42 cases of laryngeal cancer which were proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among CT images of 42 cases, the shape of laryngeal cancer presented nodular lesions in 15 cases, irregular in 18 cases, cauliflower form in 8 cases, huge mass in 1 case. The location of the lessions were glottic part in 25 cases, supra glottic part in 12 cases, hypoglottic part in 4 cases and whole glottic in 1 case. Conclusion： CT can clearly reavel the shape, location, invasive extent of the masses and the metastases of cervical lymphonodus so that it can provide significant informations for the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer.
