摘要
本研究报告采取问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,以湖南省长沙县、邵阳县、古丈县农村幼儿教师为对象,对湖南省农村幼儿教师继续教育现状进行描述分析。通过调查研究发现,农村幼儿教师待遇低、身份不明,专业化远远不够。同时,湖南省农村幼儿教师继续教育又存在种种突出的问题。关注农村幼儿教师生存状态,采取有效的措施促进农村幼儿教师的专业成长,是当前提升农村幼儿教育质量的必要前提。
This report makes a descriptive analysis of the status quo of further education for preschool teachers in rural areas in Hunan Province, taking village preschool teachers of the county of Changsha, Shaoyang and Guzhang as examples. The main methods in this study are questionnaire, interview, and so on. The investigation found that the treatment of the preschool teachers in rural areas in Hunan Province is low, teachers are unidentified and their professional development is far from enough. At the same time, there are more serious problems in further education for preschool teachers in rural areas in Hunan Province. Concerned about preschool teachers in rural areas to survive and to take effective measures to promote professional growth of themselves, is currently the necessary precondition for upgrading the quality of preschool education in rural areas.
