摘要
介绍脉冲加热红外热成象无损检测技术的理论模型和自制的实验系统.利用该系统对钢、铝和塑料试件中近表面缺陷进行了实验检测.理论和实验结果表明,该技术不仅可用于检测缺陷大小,而且可通过峰值时间t_(?)检测缺陷距表面的深度.
The theoretical model for pulse-heating infrared thermography nondestructive testing and the system developed are introduced. Subsurface flaws in steel, aluminum and plastic samples are detected by using the system. Theoretical and experimental results show that the size of a subsurface defect can be determined and its depth can be measured by peak time tmax.
