摘要
通过测定野葛地上部分不同生长年限不同部位的纤维素、木质素、半纤维素、可溶性总糖含量,为合理开发葛属植物资源,如生产燃料乙醇等提供依据.分别采用酸解法利用FIWE3/6纤维素测定仪测量野葛地上部分不同部位的纤维素、木质素含量,盐酸水解法测定半纤维素含量,蒽酮比色法测定可溶性总糖含量.采用稻草和象草为对照.结果显示,野葛两年以上生藤茎中纤维素、木质素、可溶性总糖含量最高,分别为27.89%、23.43%和31.63%,两年以上生整株中半纤维素含量最高,为10.71%.相对于稻草和象草,野葛地上部分的可溶性糖含量很高.因此可利用两年以上生藤茎或整个地上部分为原料生产燃料乙醇,对全面开发利用野葛资源有积极的意义.
To provide scientific basis for reasonable exploitation of Pueraria lobata resources, e.g. industrial producing ethanol, the contents of cellulose, hemi-cellulose, lignin and soluble saccharides in different parts of Pueraria lobata were detected. Cellulose and lignin contents were determined by FIWE 3/6 using acidolysis, while hemi-cellulose and soluble saccharides were assayed using chlorhydric acid hydrolysis and colorimetry, respectively. The vine of more than two-years old of Pueraria lobata contain the highest contents of cellulose, lignin and soluble saccharides, which is 27.89%, 23.43% and 31.63%, respectively. The content of hemi-cellulose in whole aerial parts more than two-years old is the highest, 10.71%. Comparing to rice straw and Pennisetum purpureum, the aerial parts of Pueraria lobata has considerable contents of soluble saccharides. Therefore, two-year old vine or whole aerial parts of Pueraria lobata is recommended to produce ethanol, which can provide an effective approach to accomplish the utilization of this resource.
