摘要
结合多年SCR4500生产实践经验,就SCR4500在杂铜铸造中碰到的一些实际问题进行全面分析,并介绍了针对这些问题在生产设备及工艺上的改进。这些改进措施克服了生产线操作或设计中的一些缺陷,保障了使用杂铜在该生产线上的稳定生产。
Comprehensive analysis is carried on some practical problems encountered by SCR4500 in scrap copper casting based SCR4500 production experience in many years and improvements on production equipments and process aiming at theses problems are introduced. These improvement measures solve some defects in production line operation and design and ensure the stable production in the production line using scrap copper.
