摘要
构建鄱阳湖水生态监测体系,是维护鄱阳湖水生态安全的重要举措,也是鄱阳湖生态经济区建设是否取得成功和可持续发展的关键问题,具有非常重要的意义。回顾了水生态及其监测的概念与内涵,针对目前鄱阳湖水环境和生态环境监测的现状,结合国内、国外水生态监测的现状和发展趋势,综合分析,提出了鄱阳湖水生态监测体系的初步构想,并就监测的主要指标、体系建设等进行了讨论,提出了相关的建议:鄱阳湖水生态监测体系应该继续以水利系统和环保系统的监测站点为主,卫星遥感手段为辅进行定量的动态遥感监测,并建立监测数据合作共享机制。
Establishment of monitoring system is not only an important measure for conservation of Poyang Lake aquatic ecosystem,but also the key point in construction of Poyang Lake eco-economy development zone. This paper reviews the concept and connotation of aquatic ecosystem and its monitoring system. After comprehensive analysis on current situation and development tendency of aquatic ecosystem research in the world, the preliminary conception and proposal about aquatic ecosystem and its monitoring system are offered in this paper. The concerning proposals including：Aquatic eco-system should be based on existing monitoring stations which belong to water bureau and environment bureau, RS technology will provide assist in real-time monitoring in quantity, and the monitoring data cooperation and sharing mechanism can be formed.
