摘要
了解英语教师专业素养的现状是研究基础教育英语学科均衡发展的前提和基础。本文对吉安市高中英语教师的专业素养情况进行了调查研究:分析了高中英语教师专业素养的现状及存在问题;并就如何提高高中英语教师专业素养提出了几项建议。
The study of English teachers' status quo is the prerequisite and basis of English Subjects' balanced development in basic education. The paper conducts an investigation into English Teachers' professional quality in high school of Ji'an City. With the help of questionnaires and individual interviews, the research collects some cases of high school English teachers' professional quality. On the basis of it, the paper analyses the status quo and problems of English Teachers' professional quality in high school. Suggestions have been put forward on how to improve English Teachers' professional quality in high school.
