摘要
目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)检查对膝关节损伤的诊断价值。方法利用西门子公司0.2T MRI回顾性分析76例膝关节损伤的MRI资料。结果MRI能清楚地显示膝关节半月板、交叉韧带、侧副韧带撕裂和损伤的改变,具有特征性的影像学表现。结论MRI是诊断膝关节副结构损伤的最佳检查方法,为临床医生选择合适的治疗方案提供了依据。MRI对于膝关节损伤的诊断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the value of MRI in diagnosis of knee parastructures. Methods The clinical data of MRI findings of 76 patients with knee injury were retrospectively analyzed for magnetism vision with 0.2T MRI. Results MRI could clearly demonstrate all lesions with characteristic manifestations in injured meniscus, cruciate ligament and collateral ligament. Conclusions MRI is the best way for diagnosis of injured parastructures of knee joint and it can provide clues for the choice of reasonable therapeutic method.
