摘要
目的建立壮医新药复方金蒲片的定性定量分析方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性鉴别复方金蒲片中蒲葵子和金不换,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方金蒲片中延胡索乙素含量。结果TLC法可定性检出该药中薯蓣皂苷元和延胡索乙素;HPLC法测定时,该药中延胡索乙素进样量在0.100～1.000μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为98.52%,RSD为0.63%(n=6)。结论所用定性定量方法可用于复方金蒲片的质量控制。
Objective To find a better analytic method to determine Compound Jinpu Tablet qualitatively and quantitatively. Methods The technique of TLC was applied to identify fructus Livistonae and Radix stephaniaepiqaea. The technique of HPLC was used to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine. Results The active components diosgenin and tetrahydropalmatine in Compound Jinpu Tablet could be identified by TLC; HPLC method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine was accurate with a good repeatability. The linear range was 0. 100 - 1. 000 μg, The average recovery rate of tetrahydropalmatine was 98.52%, RSD was 0. 63% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method can be used as a quality control standard of the new medicine Compound Jinpu Tablet.
