摘要
目的建立银翘感康胶囊中绿原酸含量测定的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(18:85:1:0.3),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长324nm。结果绿原酸进样量在0.102～3.072μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.74%,RSD=0.49%(n=6)。结论HPLC法准确可靠,操作简便,可用于银翘感康胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Gankang Capsules. Methods The Shim - pack VP - ODS column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used and the mobile phase consisted of CH3OH - H2O - CH3COOH - （C2H5） 3N（18：85：1：0. 3） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV-detection wavelength was 324 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0. 102 - 3. 072 μg （ r = 0. 999 9）. The recovery rate was 98. 74%, RSD = 0. 49%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and stable, which can be used for the quality control of Yinqiao Gankang Capsules.
