本文介绍了功率因数补偿控制原理、补偿装置及性能、控制器组成及操作等。功率因数补偿在压延设备铝板轧机中应用后,减少了电机能耗、提高了用电效率,对同类设备有很好的借鉴作用。
This papers presents the compensation principle, compensation unit and its performance, control components and its operation for power factor. After power factor compensation is applied to extruding machine-aluminum plate mill, power consumption is decreased, but power efficiency is increased. Therefore, it is a good reference to similar equipment.
