摘要
在装备效能评估中经常使用普通加权求和模型,但这一模型只是简单地将指标值与权重进行加权求和,在应用中有时会出现失效的问题。通过从"质"和"量"两个方面分析效能评估中的各个效能指标之间的区别,指出了普通加权求和模型存在局限性的原因。引入指标层间折算系数,对这一模型加以改进,得到新的装备效能评估模型。新模型充分考虑了各个效能指标之间的区别和联系,通过折算系数将不同层次的效能指标统一到某一个层次上面进行运算。通过应用这一新模型,解决了普通加权求和模型失效的问题,并提高了装备效能评估的精度。
The common weight sum model is often used in armament effectiveness evaluation, which simply adds the value of each index and their weights, and may be invalid sometimes. The difference of each effectiveness index from the others is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the reason of restriction of the weight sum model is pointed out. A converting coefficient among index layers is introduced to improve the model, and a new effectiveness evaluation model is obtained. The new model takes the difference and the relation among all the effectiveness indexes into account, and merges all the effectiveness indexes of different layers into one layer for calculation. The new model solves the problem of common weight sum method, and increases the precision of armament effectiveness evaluation.
