摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)在子宫腺肌病组织中的表达及与发病机制的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学(S-P)法检测28例正常子宫内膜,45例子宫腺肌病患者的原位内膜及异位内膜中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达。结果MMP-2在子宫腺肌病患者的原位内膜及异位内膜中阳性表达率均高于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TIMP-2在子宫腺肌病患者的原位内膜及异位内膜中阳性表达率均低于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫腺肌病中MMP-2的高表达,TIMP-2的低表达使MMP-2与TIMP-2平衡失调,在子宫腺肌病的发生发展中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metallopreteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) in adenomyosis patients. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 28 normal and 45 ectopic endometrium of female adenomyosis patients were investigated, and twenty-eight normal women with normal endometrium were set as control. The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were evaluated by immunohistochemical method (S-P). Results The expression of MMP-2 in normal and ectopic endometrium in adenomyosis increased markedly (P〈 0.05),and that of TIMP-2 in eetopic endometrium decreased significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion The high expression of MMP-2 and the lopside development on MMP-2/TIMP-2 ratio may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis.
