摘要
为减少压余、节约生产成本,研究了使用氯化钠压余垫的无压余热挤压技术。通过采用不同挤压比、不同加热温度和不同铝/盐比的挤压实验,研究了铝材热挤压无压余工艺的成形性能。实验表明,无压余热挤压成形铝棒过程中压余垫端面上的比压力约为115~325MPa, 压余厚度约为0.3~3.7mm。对比传统挤压工艺,无压余挤压工艺所需要的挤压力约为传统挤压工艺所需挤压力的53%~82%,无压余挤压剩下的压余约为传统挤压工艺剩下的压余量的12%~32%。
For reducing discard and saving production cost, a technology of hot extrusion without discard using NaCl discard block was studied. The forming performance of aluminum hot extrusion without discard technology was studied under varied extrusion ratio, temperature and ratio of aluminum/salt. Experiments shown that the end pressure of the discard block was about 115- 325 MPa; the thickness of discards was about 0.3-- 3.7 mm. Compared with traditional extrusion, the extrusion pressure of extrusion without discard technology was low, about 53 % --82 % of traditional pressure; the discards leaved by extrusion without discard technology were very thin, about 12 % -32 % of traditional discards.
