摘要
执法为民是公安机关执法思想的核心,基层公安机关是落实执法为民思想的主要载体。转变执法理念、践行公平正义、提升执法能力,从"细"处、"实处"着力是基层公安机关落实执法为民思想的具体路径。
Enforcing the law for people is the core of law - enforcement thought of public security organs, and grassroots public security organs are the main carrier of carrying out the thought of enforcing the law for people. Ways of implementing the enforce - the - law - for - people thought includes ： change the law - enforcement ideas, practice impartiality and justice, and start from the small and fight point.
