烟尘浓度对湿法脱硫吸收塔的影响及对策 被引量:17

摘要 分析了燃煤电厂湿法脱硫吸收塔进口烟尘浓度及吸收塔内产生的"飞沫"粉尘对脱硫效率、石膏脱水以及石膏综合利用等的影响。对此,使进入吸收塔前烟气含尘浓度降低到50 mg/m3,同时不再计算吸收塔50%的除尘效率,而将其留给增加的"飞沫"粉尘的处理,以确保烟尘排放浓度小于50 mg/m3。 The influence of smoke concentration at inlet of absorption tower in wet desulphurization sys- tem of one coal -fired power plant,and "splattered drop"of dust produced in said absorption tower up- on the desulphurization efficiency,the dewatering of gypsum,and the comprehensive utilization of gyp- sum etc. , have been analysed. For this, the dust concentration in flue gas entering into the absorption tower has been decreased to 50 mg/m3 ,at the same time,the 50~ dust removal efficiency of absorption tower isn't calculated again,this is reserved to treatment of the increased "spattered drops"of dust,to ensure the concentration of smoke emission to be less than 50 mg/m3.
