摘要
汽轮发电机制造质量监督对机组的安全运行起着至关重要的作用。结合事故案例分析,介绍了汽轮发电机制造质量监督中容易被忽略的产品设计改进、制造阶段清洁度的控制、质量检验过程、产品包装过程、关键部件的采购等关键质量控制环节,并对更有效地发挥制造质量监督的作用提出了相应的措施和建议。
Manufacturing quality supervision for Turbo -generator plays a very important role in secur- ity of generator set. By case analysis of quality accidents,it is pointed out that some important missions in quality supervision should be paid enough attention, such as design improvement, eheck for cleanli- ness, quality supervision inspection, packaging supervision, key parts purchase. Some proposals are giv- en to ensure more effective quality supervision.
