摘要
在对3种型号向心关节轴承的径向和轴向破坏加载试验的基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元模拟节点各部件之间的接触关系,得到向心关节轴承球铰节点在径向或轴向单一载荷作用下的力学性能、受力特点、破坏模式和破坏机理。结果表明,满足额定载荷要求的向心关节轴承球铰节点具有良好的转动和承载性能,可应用于建筑工程中。
Based on the results of both experiment and FEA on radial spherical plain bearings (RSPB) under the uni - directional radial and axial loading, the characteristic of load transfer, the failure modes and mechanisms of the RSPB are obtained. Under axial loading, the axial strain along the inner surface of RSPB changes from compressive on the top the tensile at the bottom, in addition the inner ring separate from the out ring at the upper part. While under radial loading, the clevis - shape cracks appear in the cantilever part of the inner ring. The RSPB articulated joint are shown to have good rotation and load - carrying capacity and can be used in structure engineering.
