摘要
面对21世纪社会发展对"重能力"人才质量培养的新要求,加大校外实习基地建设力度,积极改革实习教学模式。实践表明,在新形势下,加强基地建设是提高实习教学质量和实践能力的有力保证,对专业的发展和人才的培养发挥积极的作用。
Facing with the new requirements of social development about ＂paying attention to competence＂ with the talents training education in the 21st century,we are actively reforming teaching process, and strengthening strongly the construction of off-campus practice bases. The fact shows that now the construction of the off-campus practice bases is an effective approach to improve the quality of practice teaching and the practical ability, in furtherer, it plays an active role in the specialty development and personnel training.
