摘要
这次由美国引发的全球金融危机,不仅给中国经济带来巨大冲击,而且使得中国社会稳定面临前所未有的挑战。金融危机向社会蔓延,要经过一系列传导和反向传导过程,在此过程中,社会恐慌心理始终起着推波助澜的作用。恢复民众的市场信心,消除恐慌心理,是阻止金融危机向社会蔓延的关键。对此,政府理应承担相应的责任,而政府的首要任务在于赢取民众对自己的信心。为此,政府应在执政理念和行为两个层面塑造新形象,提高政府信心。
The global financial crisis triggered by the United States makes China's economic and social stability face unprecedented challenges. The financial crisis spreads to the community through a series of process in which the panic has always played the role of adding fuel to the flames. Restoring the public confidence in the market and eliminating the panic are the keys to prevent the spread of financial crisis. In this regard,the government should bear the responsibility and enhance the public confidence in the government.
