摘要
指出土地浪费和违规操作现象在我国现阶段十分严重,依靠技术手段来加强土地监管已成为一种必然,创造性地提出了建立土地利用信息系统平台构想,详细阐述了系统框架结构、技术关键以及主要功能,以提高土地管理水平。
It pointed out that land waste and violation operation was very serious in present China,it had been trend that strengthened land supervision depending on technical method.The idea of building land utilization information system plate was proposed creatively,the system frame structure,technical key and main function were detail illustrated,so as to enhance land management level.
