摘要
从信息技术教师的来源入手，就信息技术教师职业发展中存在的问题提出把好入口，做好信息技术课程师资培养，开展协作活动，让信息技术教师“走出去”，把专家学者“请进来”等多方面的解决思路和建议。
The article puts forward ways and suggestions of solving problems which exists in the development of the IT teachers, it includes that to do it well in calculating the IT teachers, developing the cooperating activities, letting the IT teachers ＂out to study further＂ and inviting the experts.
