摘要
加氢技术随着油品标准的提高,在炼油厂得到越来越广泛的应用。加氢装置由于其高温高压、介质易燃易爆的特点,造成其发生事故的后果非常严重。通过对典型案例进行归类、汇总,查找诱发事故的根源,同时提出预防措施。
With the improvement of oil product standards,the use of hydrogenation technology is becoming more and more widespread.The consequence of accidents in hydrogenation unit is very serious because of the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions and the flammability and explosivity of its medium.This article identifies the root causes of the accidents by classifying and summarizing typical examples,and puts forward some preventive measures to provide reference for similar hydrogenation units.
