摘要
文章探讨了利用盐析法从花生油皂脚中析出中性油的工艺,探索出一种回收再利用花生油皂脚废料的方法。试验考察了加热时间、加热温度、电解质用量、加水量等影响中性油析出的主要因素,得到了一个优化的操作方案:加热时间14 h,加热温度90℃,加入电解质的质量分数为5%。
The purpose of this work is to separate neutral oil from peanut oil soapstoek, by the way of sahing-out. It's a way to recycle peanut oil soapstock. A better conclusion from lots of experiments are obtained, the important conditions such as heating time, heating temperature, dosage of electrolysis and etc. were investigated, the best process conditions are: heating time of 14 h, heating temperature is 90 ℃, dosage of electrolysis is 5%.
