摘要
文章探讨了利用盐析法从花生油皂脚中析出中性油的工艺,探索出一种回收再利用花生油皂脚废料的方法。试验考察了加热时间、加热温度、电解质用量、加水量等影响中性油析出的主要因素,得到了一个优化的操作方案:加热时间14 h,加热温度90℃,加入电解质的质量分数为5%。
The purpose of this work is to separate neutral oil from peanut oil soapstoek, by the way of sahing-out. It＇s a way to recycle peanut oil soapstock. A better conclusion from lots of experiments are obtained, the important conditions such as heating time, heating temperature, dosage of electrolysis and etc. were investigated, the best process conditions are： heating time of 14 h, heating temperature is 90 ℃, dosage of electrolysis is 5%.
