高效液相色谱法分离杯芳烃及其衍生物

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),分别对对叔丁基杯[n]芳烃(n=4,6,8)及其衍生物在ODS柱(Novapak C18,3.9×150mm,4μm)上的分离行为进行了研究.对叔丁基苯酚和对叔丁基杯[4]、[6]、[8]芳烃在流动相为乙腈∶乙酸乙酯∶冰乙酸(84∶15.9∶0.1)的条件下及苯酚与杯[4]、[6]芳烃在以乙腈为流动相的条件下均可达到基线分离. Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography is applied to study on the chromatographic characteristies of p-tert-butylcalix [ n ] arenes (n = 4,6,8) and their derivatives on an ODS column ( Nova-pak C 18,3.9 × 150 mm,4 μm ). Acetonitrile-ethylacetate-acetic acid ( 84:15.9: 0.1 ) is used as the mobile phase and p-tert-butylcalix [ n ] arenes ( n = 4,6,8 ) are well baseline separated. Meanwhile, Calix [ n ] arenes ( n = 4,6) are well baseline separated by using acetonitrile as the mobile phase.
