摘要 以苗圃土、林下土、锯末、草甸土作为容器苗培育基质材料,进行兴安落叶松育苗试验.结果表明:松针∶苗圃土(2∶1,v/v)为最佳培育基质.经过90d培育,兴安落叶松苗高、地径、干重、侧根数分别为26.5cm,0.30cm,1.751g,25.8条,与对照(苗圃土)相比,分别增加16.23%,30.00%,23.83%,28.82%;而基质容重为0.45g·m-3,比对照低48.9%.此外,对基质理化性状、干旱胁迫条件下基质含水量与苗木水势、根际养分、菌根感染率等进行调查分析,认为在苗圃土中混配松针,能显著增加有机质、速效P、速效N含量,增加基质持水能力,提高苗木抗旱性,增加菌根感染率,促进根际微生物活性,提高养分有效性,并增加基质团聚性. The culture media consisting of various materials,such as soils from nursery,from grass land or under Mongolian oak forest,needles and sawdust,were tested for raising seedlings of Larix gmelini in containers.The needles mixed with nursery soil in 2∶1(v/v) was proven to be the best one among 14 tested culture media.Growing on this medium for 90 days after sowing,the seedlings height reached 265cm,ground diameter 030cm,dry weight 1751g,and lateral roots per seedling 25.8,corresponding to 1162%,1300%,12383% and 128.82% of the control respectively.The bulk density of the medium was only 045g·cm-33,lowered by 48.9% comparing with the control medium.The better seedling growth may be related to the needles,which significantly increased organic matter,available phosphorus and nitrogen,water holding capacity and microbial activity in the medium.The root system of the seedlings in the medium was infected more intensely by mycorrhiza,beneficial for drought resistance.
